Excelsior — St. Patrick’s Day at Jake O’Connor’s

Jake O’Connors in Excelsior will host a tent party and a full Irish breakfast to set you up for a full day of drinking green beer.  2018 will feature music from Traveled Ground, Pandora’s Other Box, and the Jason Paulson Band.

Ongoing food, refreshments, and activities from 10:00 am till 1:00 am.

Excelsior — Luck O’ the Irish Run

9:00 — 1 mile race for kids and kids-at-heart in downtown Excelsior
9:30 — 5K begins on Water Street in Excelsior

Show up early to run or cheer on the athletes.  Wearing of green is encouraged.

Don’t miss McCormick’s annual tent party, featuring:

  • 11:00 am — Pub Opening: St. Patrick’s Day menu and drink specials all day!
  • 11:00 am — Bagpiper followed by the famous Rince Nua Irish Dancers

Minneapolis – 50th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The 50th Annual Minneapolis St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on the new improved Nicollet Mall on March 17th, presented by the Minneapolis St. Patrick’s Day Association.  The post-parade party will be held at the Westminster Presbyterian Church Event Center at 12th and Nicollet.

The parade in Minneapolis will celebrate 50 years of family-fun and Irish heritage. The entire family will enjoy the colorful spectacle, marchers, Irish music and more

Saint Paul — 52nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, find a sunny spot along the parade route on 5th street or around Rice Park, and enjoy this celebration of Irish heritage in its 52nd year.

The St. Patrick’s Association has been sponsoring the St. Patrick’s Day parade in St. Paul since 1967.  They are a non-profit organization that supports the celebration of Irish heritage and encourages families to participate in this long-standing tradition.

The parade begins at noon at 5th Street and Wacouta, running down 5th Street to Rice Park.

Saint Paul — St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Landmark Center

The 37th annual St. Patrick’s Day Irish Celebration will be hosted by the Irish Music & Dance Association.

Join in the fun at the family-friendly event, which will feature regional and local Irish entertainment, Irish dance, Irish cuisine, Irish dance, pipe bands, Celtic vendors, and children’s crafts and entertainment.

Irish food and beer will be available for purchase. Tickets are $7/Adults, $5/Kids (6-12 & Seniors 65+.
